Feature Request: Add Pixelfed as source

At the moment, I can “bridge“ my Pixelfed posts to Twitter by bridging a Mastodon account and then boosting the post of the Pixelfed account from that Mastodon account.

So, naively, it seems that all data would be available to bridge the original post from Pixelfed to Twitter. As both “RT $username@$pixelfed_instance“ and general handling aren't great, I would love to have the possibility to directly bridge my Pixelfed account to Twitter. :)

Until Pixelfed adds oauth app support Moa can't talk directly to it.

Pixelfed does have OAuth now, trying to authorize moa leads to a Error 500 page on moa
