Lots of reverse has to be done yet for start writing this. The idea is explain:

What are CarProperties
What are MainCarProperties
Transparent component.
Welds and bolts.
Small example to add our own car part.

Started working on this - The examples for adding car parts will use SimplePartLoader (still not released)

Partially closed - Most of the car parts info is now in the SimplePartLoader section. Cars were not still fully reversed so i'm not writing information about them.
