As an Organizer who has successfully signed up, I want to create an Opportunity. To get Volunteers to apply to.

On the Create an opportunity page, The organizer can

• Add Opportunity details
• submit a new opportunity.
• View the header and footer

For each new opportunity, The Organizer can input the following details

• Opportunity Title
• Opportunity Description
• Skill Set required
• Professional qualification required
• Commitment details
• Commitment type
• Organization listing
• Background checks required
• Clothing requirements
• Commitment selection
• Opportunity Location
• Opportunity time frame (in date and time)

Renamed this issue. It was originally for displaying the details of an opportunity, but as the UI wireframes show it has changed meaning to cover creating the opportunity.
