URL and CSS tweaks #70

Now that most of the work has been merged we can do some integration and make things more consistent.

These commits make the URL link from the landing page to the create organizer page work.

They also apply the same bold headings styling to the landing page and the organizer dashboard that we already use on the create organization page.

I'm merging this without waiting for reviews so we can show a demo of the site.
