Make frontend URLs and filenames consistent #72

Frontend URLs (/organizer vs /create-organiser) and filenames (CreateOrganiser.vue vs CreateAnOpportunity.vue) are inconsistent in spelling and structure. It was difficult to achieve consistency during the April Hackathon with people working in parallel.
