In the new Chrome Mobile app, when you use the password manager, it automatically submits the form after you select the saved credentials.
You will probably click the "Sign in" button after Chrome has already clicked it for you.
Anyway, it seems silly to show this error when someone accidentally clicks the button twice.
The login page needs to be changed to prevent double-clicks
