Fix for OCSP content type issue #109 #110

With this tiny fix, the OCSP request has the correct content type (and Wireshark is happy)

Thanks. That is a bit silly of me, sorry. Beyond not actually setting the content type, this also leaks memory (!), which we don't want.

Anyway, merged now, so yay.
