For example, I see a ton of instances blocking *.gab.best as a troll instance. Would be nice to improve the blacklist filtering where instances could add wildcarded domains to block and they would appear in people's blacklist.
Each wildcard domain blacklist should be able to receive endorsements from instances, and it should be optional to see such domains in the general blacklist, based on amount of endorsements.
