F38 introduced two Fedora Sway Spins, a normal spin and OSTree one, Fedora Sericea. https://github.com/FedoraQt/MediaWriter/issues/597 (issue) and https://github.com/FedoraQt/MediaWriter/pull/600 (PR) seemed to miss the latter one.
Note: The OSTree version of Fedora Budgie Spin, Fedora Onyx is also developing for F39.
