Menu fixes #179

Some small fixes to address #178

Makes the little blue highlight rectangle when a menu is open visible again.
Draw the submenu arrow in the same colour as the accelerator hints, as seems to be done in GTK4
Leave a 1 pixel gap on either side of the menu item highlight rectangle so it doesn't hide the menu border.

Even though current Adwaita doesn't try to look like GTK 4, I agree this is visually better. We will have to one day come up with proper GTK4 version.
