Hello,
The person you are working with Riya Agrawal is a dangerous developer, who stole project code from others to gain benefits of winning hackathons before. Further, she made her account private and disassociated herself from her old teammates and uses her winning records to lure other smart contracts developers to work with and gained benefits from that as a team. Since you already work with her, my best advice is to not let her be the person who creates the project in Devpost because the person who creates the Devpost project will be the person who receives the funds and share the funds with other team members. You can create the project and let her join, but if you let her create the project and join. Later, if your team win, she will be the person who will be contacted to receive the prize. I feel that it will be unfair for you who works the hardest part of creating contract and she just contributes in front end. Please be careful, don't share too much info of yourself with her.

No problem, she can also play as double agent meaning she will join as many teams as possible to gain the prize since there is no limit in submitting multiple projects so your team may have chance losing the code and secret or advantage to other team that she shares.
