Emerald & Nether Ore Processing #20

Add oreEmerald to SAG Mill and Crusher. Nether Ores should be added to SAG Mill and Crusher with similar output to the Pulverizer whenever recipes do not conflict.

Mekanism's Energized smelter should have recipes for smelting Nether Ores automatically, but it seems that it gets the furnace recipe list before Nether Ores adds its recipes

Can't do anything about the Energized Smelter at this point.
