Emerald Ore not getting spawned #8

Emerald Ore is not included in the CoFH Core world JSON files. It should be hot-fioxed into the server running 3.0.1 For hot fix, it should spawn Emerald ore like diamond, but 1/2 the cluster size and only in biomes with the MOUNTAIN tag, also need to be set to retrogen
