Add Class Layout #6

Layouts are a child of the Report object.

Components:

This example does not have multiple layouts.

The layouts and layout nodes seem to be single child ancestors (meaning there is only one path from top to bottom, and therefore we may not need them, just their children). I'm not sure there is any value in documenting nodes that dont carry attributes, text. Sometimes the container is just a container, and the containers are not interesting.

removing layout class from the Classify and Flatten milestone as it's not on critical path.
