初学者有问题请教 部署后 打开网站出现 “你要访问的网站不存在或已关闭！” 请问这是什么原因，谢谢~

我是在wamp上部署，创建数据库，导入数据库 ，数据库密码为空，直接浏览http://localhost/grw/ ，打开的就是 “你要访问的网站不存在或已关闭！” 我想是不是有什么配置需要修改。

请按照Github 的 WIKI上步骤操作。绑定好域名
