Update Failed from 4.2 to 4.5 #2

What is the Proper way to Update JooDatabase from 4.2 to 4.5? I tried the install the new package over the old one and getting a Installation Error: _Komponenteninstallation: Das Verzeichnis „[ROOT]/components/comjoodb“ wird bereits von einer anderen Komponente verwendet.

I can't update to 4.5 either. I get the same error message.
