[Missing Items] Gnomer - White Punch Card, Engie Schematics #1301

I am a 70 hunter with 375 Engineering. I have been running Gnomer in an attempt to obtain a few lower level engineering recipes such as Schematic: Lil' Smoky, Schematic: Pet Bombling, Schematic: Discombobulator Ray. In order to obtain the Discombobulator Ray you need to activate a series of modules using Punch Cards. The starting punch card White Punch Card has not dropped for me in the past three days. I know these items are not pertinent to progression but I would at least like to know if the item exists so that I don't waste any more time trying to farm it.

Tested on the PTR. Dropped off the first mob I killed.
