[Quest][Bloodmyst Isle] Matis the Cruel #1520

Once you spot him and use the Flare Gun, the NPCs do nothing to help capture him, making this quest impossible to complete.

Current situation: Using the provided quest item spawns the NPC Tracker of the Hand17853; nothing else happens.

Desired situation: The spawned NPC should "take care" of the NPC Matis the Cruel17664.

If you are doing the quest, you can use the flare gun before being close enough to draw aggro - the Draenei that spawns very easily takes care of him for you, so you don't even need to attack. Just stand back and let them do the work, then run back to Blood Watch.

The NPC does not attack Matis no matter distance when used. I've tried it a dozen different ways with the same result. Beat him within an inch of his life, from max distance, before/after initiating combat etc...npc never responds to Matis. It's bugged on Archangel.
