Issues:
- World states of mine owners are always shown as "Horde Controlled", no matter which faction does control it in the moment.
- Levels and stats of units inside are messed up for 70 lvl bracket, i.e. there are 53th lvl units with 7k hp.
- Neutral reclaiming message is not showing up.
- Scripted spawn rules need some polishing. There are still present excessive spawns of units not assigned to the proper controlling faction.

Still bugged.
