[Gruul's Lair] [Door] #1833

The door at Gruul in Gruul's Lair is clickable and you can open it even if you are mid combat with gruul. The door should only open when Gruul is not in combat and shouldn't be clickable. Door name is Doodads_Portcullis_Gronn02. EDIT: In addition, the door can be only opened while in combat, which is very odd, an easy fix would be to make it unopenable in combat, and openable in out of combat. But blizzlike would be that it opens and stays open after HKM is dead, and closes when Gruul is in combat.

The door should be also closed before High King Maulgar is dead. Edited.

You can also pull the 3 ogres that are behind the door even if the door is closed.
