[Hunter] Beast Mastery: Frenzy Rank 1-3 #1890

Beast Mastery talent Frenzy does not proc unless you take full 5/5 points. I have tried only 3/5 and 5/5 because re-spec burns gold.

Frenzy rank 3 does not proc, but rank 4 works properly. Tested rank 3 two full days because of laziness. ^^

Issue confirmed. Hunter talents Frenzy Rank 1 (ID: 19621), Frenzy Rank 2 (ID: 19622) and Frenzy Rank 3 (ID: 19623) do not give the proc chance of the talent. Hunter talent Frenzy Rank 4 (ID: 19624) correctly gives the proc chance and can be used to fix the other ranks.

Fix created, on PTR soon.

Now all ranks of Hunter talent Frenzy will proper proc on pet critical hit.

Fix Denied. Situation unchanged, only Ranks 4 and 5 are procing the Frenzy Speed properly.

It appears that this is a core issue.

Fix applied and Denied on PTR, now the Hunter gets the Frenzy buff instead of his pet.
