Lunar Festival npcs not present in Darnassus #261

While the lunar festival emissary in Darnassus is in front of the bank and gives the quest The Lunar Festival, the Lunar Festival Harbinger, vendor and other npcs are not in the Cenarion enclave. There is an elder there, but nobody else.

To reproduce this, just go look. I have checked this on multiple characters from more than one account.

There should be a column of light and a set of npcs around it, including the harbinger and vendor and a bunch of cluster launchers, just as in Stormwind and Ironforge. They should be on top of the stump just to the west of the tree with the druid trainer

fix - Lunar Festival Harbinger npc spawned in cenarion enclave while lunar festival emissary gives quest, other npcs are there, i could not repdoruce it.
