[Combat Log] Resurrecting spells should emit SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS

All ranks of Resurrection, Redemption, Ancestral Spirit and Rebirth should emit the combat log event SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS when the cast is done so addons can track them.
