The quest item [Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Tag 0/1] is unobtainable.

Drops from hostile monsters from [Ethereum Prison] - requires [Ethereum Prison Key]

Armbreaker Huffaz - 90-53% Fel Tinkerer Zortan - 91.79% Forgosh - 86.42% Gul'bor - 91.10% Malevus the Mad - ??? Porfus the Gem Gorger - 89.27% Wrathbringer Laz-tarash - ???

I have cleared over 20 prisons, killed 6 guards with no [Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Tag] drop.
