[Shaman] Nature's Swiftness gets consumed by casting Ghost Wolf #3188

Current Situation: Even with 2/2 Improved Ghost Wolf(making Ghost Wolf an instant cast) Nature's Swiftness still gets consumed if you cast Ghost Wolf with NS activated.

Desired Situation: Instant casts should never consume NS, you should therefore be able to use GW after using NS and the buff should still be activated.

Steps to reproduce: Create Orc Shaman .levelup 69 .learn 2645 .learn 16188
