Tested the engineering trinkets which was quite useful in retail. Gnomish Battle Chicken: http://www.wowhead.com/item=10725/gnomish-battle-chicken#comments And Mithril Mechanical Dragonling: http://www.wowhead.com/item=10576#comments Both of them should be summoned and help you fight for 1min50sec (chicken) and 1 min (dragonling). However, when the trinket is used, you get the visual effect but there doesnt spawn a "pet" to help you at all.

Adding "Crashin' Thrashin' Robot" into the pot. Those guys are most fun to watch :D

Update: The pet Gnomish Battle Chicken does summon and attack as intended, however it is also supposed to use a move, Squak, that should increase the attack speed of the group in which it was summoned by like 5% for 4 or 5 minutes. This ability is never used, however, according to multiple (at least 5) tests of the device. This is the only reason I spent over 1k gold getting Gnomish Engineering and making this trinket.
