[Quest] Free Knot! #3291

https://github.com/FeenixServerProject/Archangel_2.4.3_Bugtracker/issues/3081 was fixed, but he gain reputation with nonexistent faction Steamwheedle Cartel and don't increase reputation with Booty Bay, Everlook, Gadgetzan and Ratchet. Furthermore, I am now friendly with this nonexistent faction and still hated by all parts of real Steamwheedle Cartel (Screenshot1).

Note: reputation gained from this quest does not go in negative numbers for the Bloodsail Buccaneers, pirate fraction in war with goblins from Steamwheedle Cartel.
