Hellfire Peninsula (H) Arelion's Secret Quest #3358

This quest is not working properly for me on my Horde character. After speaking with Magister Aledis he begins attacking me but does not dismount, from what I have read he is supposed to become friendly at 30% and complete the quest, instead he just continues attacking until he dies making the quest impossible to complete.

went back a few days later and found him standing dismounted in the middle of the road and I was able to complete the quest with no dialogue

Quest ID 10286 NPC ID 20159 Should be fixed in npc_magister_aledis script. Once the gossip option is selected he correctly turns hostile. Issues: He should not have grey question mark for quest before you speak with him and interrogate him. When he gets in combat he should dismount. When turning hostile he should say the following quote "If you think I'll betray my friend that easily, think again! Face me, you scoundrel!". When he reaches 30% or so he should become friendly again, say "Spare my life! I will tell you about Arelion's secret." and complete the quest allowing you to turn it in.
