[Serpentshrine Cavern - Hydross] Mark of Hydross applying multiple times

Since 2 IDs Hydross the Unstable applyies his "Mark of Hydross" two times.

We started the fight in different ways: ...with dismissing a lesser invisibility potion, ...with dismissing a lesser invisibility potion by casting Consencration. ...with running towards him.

The fight is basically all fine, Hydross applies his first mark with 10%. After 15 seconds, he applies his second stack, but instead of only stacking the one debuff up to 25%, he applies a fresh debuff with 30sec duration and the 25% debuff, the first debuff with 10% is running down. After 15 more seconds he stacks the 25% up to 50%, the 10% up to 25%.

So basically there are two debuffs stacking up, which increases the incoming damage way too much and makes Hydross unable to kill due to too many phase transitions...

Here you see in action how the debuffs appear double times...

We also talked with other raids who were doing Hydross at the same evening like we did, and they not seem to have that issues. Three weeks ago, we first tried Hydross THE SAME WAY we did this time, without any problem. Since then this issue always happens.
