[Trinket] Pendant of the Violet Eye not triggering from some spells

After getting Pendant of the Violet Eye, it seems that some spells do not trigger its Use effect:

-Renew -Prayer of Mending -Holy Nova -Power Word: Shield

etc.

It seems a lot of spells do not trigger it, including some healing spells, despite the fact that the tooltip says "Each SPELL CAST within 20 seconds..." which implies that any spell (with a mana cost) will trigger it.

...Soooo, they fixed it for Paladin spells, but there are still lots of Priest spells that don't proc it.
