[Rediscovering Your Roots] Mound issue.

Current situation: You're supposed to kill a Razerthorn Flayer, then you get a usable quest item (Razorthorn Flayer Gland) which makes you able to control Razorthorn Ravager, there's an ability (Expose Razorthorn Root) they got for digging the quest item up, but they dont do anything, even after placing them right on top of the mound.

Expected results: After you have completed the steps above will there spawn a Razorthorn Root which (34254) will be visible, collect 5, then fly/unstuck back to Shattrath and port back to the Isle to turn in.

How to reproduce:

.levelup 70
.m hp 200000
.quest add 11521 (Rediscovering Your Roots)
.go creature Razorthorn Flayers
.die/and or any other damage on Razorthorn Flayers (until a Razorthorn Flayer Gland)
Use Razorthorn Flayer Gland on a Razorthorn Ravager
Use ability Expose Razorthorn Root on top of the mound and and you will get a lootable item named Razorthorn root (34254)
Repeat step 6 five times untill you have 5 Razorthorn Roots, head back to questgiver and turn in quest.
