Promenade Sentinel impossible.
He casts all within a radius of 50 yards, and the need for one.

They also do periodic damage to random raid members. It shows up as an aura on the mob, Lvl 1 Arcane Charge. These mobs are not particularly difficult but they are annoying and heal-intensive.
Our raid could not kill.
