Rare spawns in old instances #3677

In old instances there are issues where certain mobs that are supposed to be rare spawns will spawn every single time the instance is loaded, and there are other mobs that never spawn. One instance of this is in LBRS, the mob Bannok Grimaxe (ID: 9596) spawns in every single instance. On the other hand, the rarespawn Ghok Bashguud (ID: 9718) never spawns. There are countless other rarespawns in old instances that follow these rules that need to be looked at.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll add it to our todo list, as it should be relatively easy to implement.
