How it should be wowwiki

• The proc of both versions has a hidden cooldown of 15 secs.
• The proc can occur on each tick of a dot, including aoe dots like Consecration. Reactive damage such - as Retribution Aura or Eye for an Eye also can proc.

Aldor Exalted effect

• The Aldor proc is "Light's Wrath", which grants +120 spell damage and healing for 10 seconds.

Scryers Exalted effect

• The Scryers proc is "Arcane Bolt", which is a bolt that causes 333-367 arcane damage.
• The Scryers proc can crit as a spell, doing 1.5x damage.
• The Scryers proc is affected by spell critical strike, but not +spell damage and healing or spell hit.

• The hidden cooldown is like 35s
• It grants +240 spell damage and healing for 10 seconds.

Scryers Exalted effect

• It is affected by +spell damage and healing.

Currently: Aldor effect "Light's Wrath" (45479) and Scryer effect "Arcane Bolt" (45429) appear to have 45 second internal cooldown (probably blizzlike). But Light's Wrath has +240 spellpower bonus and Arcane Bolt ~45% has spell damage coefficient.
