[Spells] Unstable Currents/Band of the Eternal Sage - Buff override. #3680

Same issue as stated in #2229.

Current situation: Sextant of Unstable Currents (SpellID 38348) proc is being overwritten by proc from Band of the Eternal Sage (SpellID 35083).

If ring procs first, then Sextant - both buffs stay.

If Sextant procs first, then ring - only ring procs stays.

Expected Results: Both buffs should stay active.

Steps to reproduce:

Create Gnome Mage

.levelup 69 .cast 38348 .cast 35083

Cast in said order and you'll see that 38348 gets replaced by 35083 - but not if done opposite.

Since nothing has been said apart from above - I'd like to know if you think this was fixed in #2229 - because it wasn't.

It's a similar issue, hence why I linked it, but the specific spellID's above are NOT the same as in that issue - so it hasn't been fixed.
