Current situation: There are a few Goblin Engineering recipes offered by Nixx Sprocketspring (8126) in Gadgetzan that have a high level requirement in addition to the engineering skill requirement, mainly:
Goblin Rocket Launcher (item 23836, learning is 30563)
Foreman's Reinforced Helmet (item 23839, learning is 30566)
Foreman's Enchanted Helmet (item 23838, learning is 30565)
Expected situation: learning the above engineering items should maintain the engineering skill requirement but should not have a level requirement. It is particularly strange as the superior goggles that Blizzard added to the game were only given a level 62 requirement.
Below are a few sites indicating these items, or their Gnomish equivalent, could be worn by players of various levels above level 50 (the minimum player level for acquiring 375 engineering skill).
