[Anti-cheat] Slow fall triggers anti-cheat #3714

Slow fall triggers the anti-cheat system after falling for about 15 sec. For some reason levitate does not trigger it, although I fell from more or less the same distance.

Levitate does trigger the anticheat system as well. I don't know how much time is needed for that, though; but if you jump from the Aldor Rise elevator platform and use Levitate immediately, you'll be kicked by the anticheat about halfway to the ground.
