[Quest] [Velinde's Effects] #3811

http://www.wowhead.com/quest=1038/velindes-effects Althou you can do this quest, you have to w8 almost 24h in order to make it work properly. Here is an example whats goin on with it. If chest is broken, the only way to open it is to manualy use key on it, but you will have quest item missing in loot window. https://imgur.com/a/WlXuJ 24 hours later chest was lootable without manual key apply and gave loot https://imgur.com/fwlCbZN So how it works: chest respawn doesnt respawn quest item in it. Also when u just had quest taken quest item doest spawns in it, you have to wait 12-24 hours in order to make it work

What was the actual result vs. the expected result?: Item in chest was missing even if chest respawns.

Can the error be repeated? If so, what are the steps?:Yes, it happens 100% cases. You have to wait 24 hours in order to have loot from quest chest.

Could not reproduce, write step by step how to reproduce it

took quest, went for the chest that was supose to be have quest item. for some reason it was not "shining" as quest item do. So i had to use key manualy by right clicking it and then aplying to the chest, as a result I didnt get loot as screenshot shows. The day later chest was shining and gave loot.

After I succesfully completed this quest several times, I think I isolated the issue:

The bug occurs when somebody (before you) opens the chest, but does not loot the quest item. In this case the chest somehow starts belonging to the player who opened it first, and makes the others unable to do the quest.
