Call of Fire (pt. 4) #3822

When I try to use the torch on the Wickerman Effigy Hauteur doesn't spawn.

I guess it has something to do with the fact that Hauteur friendly version was near Temper so it somehow failed to "reset" the quest after someone did it, but I'm just guessing.

what is quest id?

Don't know how to get the ID, but this http://www.wow-one.com/database/index.php?quest=9467 is the quest.

It's the 4th part from the Call of Fire chain quest (for some strange reason the database don't list all the previous chain quest in that specific chain, but you can see it is the 4th if you go to the 1st step) for Draenei shaman to get the Fire Totem
