[Priest] [Spell] Mind Control, multiple issues

Priest Mind Control spell (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?spell=10914) has multiple issues.

• Won't work against humanoids (PvE), the mob just gets aggroes.
• Sometimes fails in PvP, when the target moves at the end of the spell cast. When this occurs, the Priest gets teleported to the Mind Control target's position!

Issues confirmed.

Humanoid NPCs wrongly immune to Mind Control. Note: Although the NPC is immune to the effect, and the priest can't control him, the priest gets the aura called Mind Control, but apparently he can't remove by right clicking on it (removing this aura should cancel the Mind Control effect).

Reproduction guide:

• Create a Priest
• .gm off
• .learn 605 all
• .go creature "Dunemaul Ogre"
• .gm visible on
• Cast Mind Control on one of the Ogres, and observe the result

Mind Control sometimes "fails" in PvP while the targeted player is moving. This means after casting the spell, it just get interruped at the end. In this case, the priest got teleported to his target. Another result of this issue: #3592 If the priest's Mind Control fails like this while he is using Levitate, the priest first got teleported to his targeted player, then he will be able to fly for a few seconds.

Reproduction guide:

Client 1:

• Create a priest
• .gm off
• .gm visible on
• .t test
• .learn 605 all

Client 2:

• Create any character from the opposite faction
• .gm off
• .gm visible on
• .t test
• Run to the wall with Client 2 and toggle auto run (Num Lock as default). You can change the angle with the wall a bit, to make sure your character is moving.
• Run there with the priest (Client 1) and cast Mind Control.
• Repeat this few times till you can observe the issue.
