Hex Shrunken Head cooldown not shared with Icon of silver crescent #3843

Using Hex Shrunken Head activates the standard 20 second cooldown on any other trinket that's equipped.

The bugged item is probably the Icon of the Silver Crescent. I've made some testing: Collected several caster DPS trinkets, and placed them on my action bar to see how does the cooldown sharing work. Whatever I popped, every trinket went to a 20 sec cooldown as intended, except the Icon of the Silver Crescent, and when I popped that, the other trinkets were still useable.

Issue fix confirmed, but missing visual effect with sharing cooldown on action bar. Whenever you pop one of your caster trinkets, Icon of the Silver Crescent does not seem to go for 20 sec cooldown, but apparently you can't use it, it says: "Spell is not ready yet" for 20 sec. And vice-versa.
