[NPC Ability] Reversed behaviour of Anzu's Spell Bomb #3852

Anzu's ability "Spell Bomb" (40303) is not working as intended.

The player should suffer 1000 damage and 2000 mana burn, if he casts whilst the debuff is on him. (Source: WH, it wasn't changed)

Casting a spell causes 1000 damage and burns 2000 mana.

Currently on AA it causes 2000 damage and burns 1000 mana.
