[Netherstorm][Respawn] Ethereal Prisons not respawning #683

The Ethereal Prisons in Netherstorm, aren't respawning, waited about 20 minutes and assumed they aren't going to spawn

They are the things you open with the keys you get from the daily random dungeon quest to fight a random mob.

what is that? npc? gameobject? 'cause i cant find either on wowhead.
