Angor Fortress lockboxes #804

The spawn rate of rogue lockboxes for skill being fast so far until i got to those one from which you get the very needed 175-225 skill. Looted them once and have been waiting for about 20 minutes and haven't seen one of them respawn yet.

I'm pretty sure the spawn timer on Battered Footlocker and Dented Footlocker in Badlands have always been extremely long..

Is it like 1 hour ? I doubt it.
