Scryers Blood Gem, X'ris Gift not stacking

The trinket from Scryers revered (http://www.wowhead.com/item=29132) and the revered Shat'ar trinket (http://www.wowhead.com/item=29179) they both have on use you gain 150 sp or 280 healing, however on this server once you pop one of them the other gains 2 min cd (note: it doesn't say it gets a CD, it just can't be activated for 2 min by saying that it's not ready yet.

Now this is not an issue on all the trinkets, for example the Vengance of Illidari (http://www.wowhead.com/item=28040/vengeance-of-the-illidari) together with the Scryer trinket work perfectly fine, with the trinket getting 15 sec CD and then being usable after the other trinket use fades.

Sorry I didn't see the topic here so I thought I might add it, if you can find it let me know and I'll close the issue.

Also note that I have only tried the combination of these 3 particular trinkets, so if anyone know anything else about the subject please feel free to add.

Also note just to make it clear, I am aware of trinkets not literally stacking as in both can be activated at the same time, so if there are any misunderstanding what I am meaning is that when you use one of the trinkets, the other should get a CD until the buff fades, this is not the case on these 2 particular trinkets.

any update on this issue or is it only that people change trinkets so fast they dont care about the bugg? =)

Same thing applies to Shiffar's Nexus-Horn [ID:28418], which if procs, overwrites X'ris Gift or SBG.
