Convocation of Zol'Heb - final quest chain in Zul'Drak

Can not use item in circle to summon elite prophet of Akali.

error message: 'you can't do that yet'

tried in many different spots of the circle

Issue confirmed.

You cannot use the provided quest item (39566) at its required gameobject (191123)

25 quests into a 27 quest chain. heartbreaking. I really tried spamming a lot hoping for a magic spot, but no luck.
