Ulduar 25 Thorim normal Spell-Chain Lightning

The Problem:Chain Lightnings damage in phase 2 is insanely high. Proof:http://imgur.com/a/jiENJ Video Proof:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBc_Yw-WeOI#t=56m35s You can see how at 57:35 Tufcho is getting 60k hit by the chain lightning How it should work: Chain Lightning: Strikes an enemy with a blast of lightning that inflicts 3700 to 4300 Nature damage (4625 to 5375 on heroic). The bolt will arc to additional nearby enemies, inflicting 50% more Nature damage to each successive target. Doesn't his damage stack during phase 2? It's possible that is intended if you're closely approaching the enrage timer.

http://www.wowhead.com/spell=62279/lightning-charge i guess that's the buff which u are talking about.Still the boss has only 3 stacks of the it when he starts one-shoting people.Please investigate both the chain lightning and the lightning charge closer.

Well, read the tooltip for chain lightning.

Every next target gets hit 50% harder. So, you need to be spread out. Let's say he has 3 stacks, and target is the 4th target of chain lightning. That's 180% extra nature damage.

Say he does 4100 damage on first lightning. Next is 6150, next is 9225, next is 18450, next is 36900, next is 73800.. you can see if it hits multiple targets it ramps up FAST.

That said, it could still be an issue, but it could also just have been bad placement. I will have to see it in person.
