[Magical Crawdad Box] and [Mr. Pinchy's Gift] aren't sent by Mr. Pinchy

If a player with no free bag slots uses a Mr. Pinchy's wish and the RNG chooses [Magical Crawdad Box] or [Mr. Pinchy's Gift], they're supposed to get the item by the mail from Mr. Pinchy. Here's some evidence for this: The gift:

This morning(or rather afternoon :-D) I was stupid enough to use Mr. Pinchy's wish while having full bags. And since I neither got the Mr. Pinchy Blessing buff, nor Benevolent/Furious Mr. Pinchy appeared, it was supposed to be one of those two items. Yet I didn't get any mail, neither instantly nor in 1 hour after using the wish.
