General vezax - hunter - aspect of the viper #183

Aspect of the viper isnt restorin any mana on general vezax

It should only have diminished mana restorin on general. unkown of the % we should get. But definitely we should get some mana back with viper aspect.

It might also reduce mana gained from other effects such as Judgements of the Wise, Shamanistic Rage, and Spiritual Attunement.

But atleast doesnt restore mana with aspect of a viper at all

Looking at wowhead: It seems like aspect of the viper's passive component (4% mana/3s) should be affected by aura of despair.

The active component (ranged auto's regain mana, but 50% dmg decrease) should trigger and restor mana
