They should be on the list of prospectable items from titanium ore once the epic gems were released

Additionally: Epic gems also aren't known to be available from JC Icy Prism or from the Emblem of Heroism vendor.

Quick update on this for you: We have fixed this long time ago, and it is working properly locally. However, for some reason the core ignores the DB changes on PTR. We are trying to solve it, and would like to push the fix to live ASAP.
